1. Delivery area

Due to the alcohol content of the perfume, it is only delivered within the European Union .

Delivery outside the European Union (e.g. Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom) is not possible .

2. Delivery method

Perfumes are delivered by courier .

Delivery to parcel lockers is only possible in countries and regions where carrier regulations and technical capabilities allow it.

3. Delivery times

Estimated delivery times for perfumes depend on the selected country and are indicated during checkout. On average:

In the Baltic States – 1–4 business days;
In Central and Western Europe – 3–6 business days;
In Scandinavia and Southern Europe – 4–8 business days.

4. Additional fees

When delivering perfume to certain countries or regions (e.g. Denmark and Sweden), additional logistics fees may apply according to the terms and conditions of the carriers.

The final shipping price is always displayed during checkout before confirming the order.

5. Delivery restrictions

Perfumes are not shipped to countries or regions with stricter restrictions on shipping dangerous goods or products containing alcohol.

If the Buyer cannot select a delivery country or method, this means that delivery to the selected region is not available.

6. Refund

We strongly recommend that you test the perfume before purchasing the full size , as all perfume sales are final - we do not accept returns .

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the situation and resolve it.

If the item arrived damaged, please inform us within 7 business days of receiving the package from the post office or courier, attaching photos and/or videos to the email.

If the shipping box arrives damaged, please report it to your local post office or courier service immediately .

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.
