1. Shipping options and rates
1.1.
Shipping options, methods, and rates depend on the selected country, region, and carrier.
Before placing an order, please review the available shipping options and applicable rates during checkout.
1.2.
The Seller reserves the right to change shipping methods or rates if required due to carrier conditions, pricing changes, or other logistical circumstances.
2. Order preparation
2.1.
All orders are prepared for dispatch within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
2.2.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or official public holidays.
2.3.
The order preparation time is not considered the delivery time. Delivery time is calculated from the moment the shipment is handed over to the carrier.
3. Order tracking
3.1.
Once the order has been shipped, the Buyer will receive shipment tracking information by email.
3.2.
The Buyer may track the shipment online using the tracking link provided by the carrier.
4. Responsibility for delivery address
4.1.
The Buyer must provide a correct, accurate, and complete delivery address.
4.2.
The Seller is not responsible for non-delivery, delays, or returns resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the Buyer.
4.3.
If a shipment is returned to the Seller due to an incorrectly provided delivery address, the Buyer must cover:

the costs of reshipping;

all actual costs related to the return of the shipment (if applicable).
4.4.
The Seller does not issue refunds if the shipment is considered lost due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the Buyer.
5. Uncollected shipments
5.1.
If the Buyer fails to collect the shipment within the time period specified by the carrier and it is returned to the Seller, the order shall be deemed unaccepted due to the Buyer’s fault.
5.2.
In such cases, reshipping is only possible after the Buyer has paid the additional shipping and return costs.
6. Perfume delivery

6.1. Delivery territory
Due to the alcohol content in perfumes, perfume delivery is available only within the European Union.
Delivery outside the European Union (e.g., Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom) is not available.
6.2. Delivery method
Perfumes are delivered by courier.
Delivery to parcel lockers is available only in countries and regions where permitted by carrier regulations and technical capabilities.
6.3. Delivery times
Estimated perfume delivery times depend on the selected country and are displayed during checkout. On average:

Baltic States: 1–4 business days;

Central & Western Europe: 3–6 business days;

Scandinavia & Southern Europe: 4–8 business days.
6.4. Additional charges
Additional logistics charges may apply when delivering perfumes to certain countries or regions (e.g., Denmark and Sweden), in accordance with carrier conditions.
The final delivery price is always displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.
6.5. Delivery restrictions
Perfumes are not delivered to countries or regions where stricter regulations apply to dangerous goods or alcohol-containing products.
If the Buyer is unable to select a delivery country or method, it means that delivery to the selected region is not available.
7. International orders, customs, and taxes
7.1.
International orders may be subject to additional delivery times and conditions depending on the destination country and local carriers.
7.2.
All customs duties, import taxes, fees, or other additional charges incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the Buyer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
7.3.
The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs procedures or other circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
8. Final provisions
8.1.
This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
8.2.
All disputes related to shipping shall be resolved amicably, and if no agreement is reached, in accordance with the procedures established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
